About us

We are two members of the same family, united by shared values and complementary skills in web development.
Our collaboration was born from an observation : companies often use ERPs that don't really suit their real needs. Too complex, not flexible enough or even just plainly difficult to use, these tools don't always meet the users' needs.
It's from this observation the idea of Rabbit Protocol was born : offer custom-made software solutions, designed to adapt and meet users' specific needs for each company.

Our values

Creativity

Our approach combines technical expertise and artistic flair.

From mock-up design to brand identities and guidelines, we put our creativity to work in the development of software both quick and ergonomic.

Listening

We work hand in hand with our clients.

Each project begins with an active listening phaseproofs of concepts to validate the real needs before any long development.

Quality

We place ergonomics, accessibility and rigorous testing at the heart of our softwares.

Our solutions are made to be intuitive, reliable and adapted to all users, regardless of their skill.

Communication

Communication, support and transparency are central to our client relationships.

We believe strongly in sincere cooperation, where everyone is listened to and respected.

Our expertise

Tabletop Role-Playing Game (TTRPG) Character Sheet and campaign management system - Document management
Mockups for a web based software interface (still in development), for notes and character sheets management in the context of Tabletop RPG campaigns and sessions.

Allows a game master (GM) and players to share information in real time, to restrict access for some files and folders based on authorization rules, and display all necessary information about a character that are pertinent to the flow of the game.
Travel Agency - Business simulator
Development and redesign of user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX) of a business simulation game about managing a travel agency, where the player manages commercial offers, salaries, and communication strategies.

The results page shows a variety of data depending on the choices made in each trimester, and compares players' scores for the current game session.

Our team

Raphaël ACISCLO I am Raphaël, co-founder of Rabbit Protocol, with a role in full-stack development.

I've been a web-developer and then the CTO of an IoT start-up.

Over the course of my career, I have developed numerous ERP systems and web interfaces for B2C, B2B, and internal business software, from small start-ups to large teams in big corporations.

I've worked on the back-end and the front-end of web softwares, the firmware of GPS enabled devices and even databases for LLM data inputs at IBM in 2018. These different projects implied the knowledge of numerous and specific technologies.

I always had an appetite for entrepreneurship, but I quickly understood that alone, the path forward was long and arduous.

Being an independent was always a need for me, but I needed the right people to support me. That is why I decided to partner with Camille, my sister-in-law, and the cooperative Elycoop.

Camille GIRARD--NICOLAS I am Camille, cofounder of Rabbit Protocol and web developer, specialised in frontend development.

My role is to conceive clear, intuitive and aesthetical man-machine interfaces for your softwares, such that they are easy and pleasant to use on a regular basis.

I previously worked on interactive educational resources (serious games) for colleges and universities, and on training management tools integrated to an LMS (Learning Management System). These experiences have helped me improve the design and usability of such interfaces, making tools more appealing and effective for their users.

I choose to start as an independent to select projects that are aligned with my values and enjoy creative freedom.

Working with my brother-in-law allows me to combine my expertise in design and front-end development with his versatility, to offer better, comprehensive and customised software solutions.
